Rosemary Roasted Chicken


Ingredients


  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 lb chicken
  • 1 lb small red potatoes
  • 1/2 lb asparagus
  • 3 tspn paprika  
  • 21/2 tspn rosemary
  • 1 tspn black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tspn finely chopped garlic 
  • 1 tspn salt

Method

Preheat oven to 425 deg F 
Mix oil, all of the spices and salt in large bowl. 
Add chicken, potatoes and asparagus, toss to coat well. 
Arrange chicken and potatoes in a baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.


Roast 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender
