Instant Chicken Curry

Ingredients

Pressure cook
2 lb frozen boneless chicken
4 tomatoes
1 tbsp minced ginger
6 cloves of garlic sliced
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp kashmiri chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp kitchen king masala
1/4 cup water

Saute mode
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp kitchen king masala

Garnish
1/4 cup chopped coriander

Method
Add all ingredients under Pressure cook in the Instant pot liner
Cook on high pressure for 10 mins

Let the pressure release for 10 mins
Vent the rest of the steam and open the instant pot

Take the chicken out and chop into pieces
With an immersion blender, blend the gravy in the Instant pot

Add the ingredients listed under Saute mode and mix well
Add back the chopped chicken
Set Instant Pot to saute mode and heat for 5 mins

Garnish with coriander and serve with rice or chapatis
