Broiled Butterfish
- 1 butter fish cleaned
- 2 tspn red chilli powder
- 1/2 tspn tumeric
- 2 tspn salt
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tspn coriander paste
- 1 tspn oil
Method
Clean and wash the fish well
Make slits on both sides as seen in the image.
Mix all ingredients, apply them on the fish and keep aside for atleast an hour
Spray oil on the baking tray and place the fish in it
Broil on high for 10 mins on each side
Note: The same recipe works well for Porgies, Red Snapper and Pompano
