Chicken in Creamy Pesto sauce

Ingredients
2 lb boneless chicken
1 pk Knorr pesto sauce mix
1 tsp corn starch
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup olive oil

Method
Mix all the dry ingredients and whisk in the oil & milk
Cut the chicken into small pieces and toss with the pesto mix
Heat a pan and saute the chicken on sim till cooked
Turn heat on high till the sauce dries out.
Serve with corn & mashed potatoes
