Gavran Mutton
For ground paste
1/2 cup dessicated coconut
4 green chilies
10 garlic
2 inch ginger
1/2 cup coriander
1 tbsp cumin seeds
For dish
2 lbs mutton
2 tsp salt
15 curry leaves
1 medium sized onion
3 tsp Gavran Maratha masala
Method
Mix all the ingredients required for the paste and grind into a thick paste with minimal water
Heat oil and add the curry leaves
Sauté for a min and add in the ground mix
Sauté well till oil separates about 5 mins
Add in the mutton & salt
Add 2 cups water n cook for 15 mins
Add the gavran masala & finely chopped onion.
Adjust salt as per taste
Close, keep on medium gas and cook for 30 mins
Garnish with coriander. Serve hot with chapatis.
