Russian salad Canapés


Ingredients
15 mini fillo shells

For Salad
1/4 tbsp butter
1/2 cup diced mix veggies (carrots, corn, peas, green beans)
Sea salt as per taste
Crushed pepper as per taste
2 tbsp mayo

Method
Toss the veggies with salt & pepper
In a pan heat some butter, Sauté the veggies till soft
Take off heat and cool
Mix in mayo. Add more if creamier consistency needed.

Put a scoop of the mix in each shell
Serve cold.

Notes:
1) you can toss in a 1 tbsp of chopped shrimp or lobster tails with the veggies for seafood flavor
2) toss in chopped 1 tbsp sausage or another meat for the meaty flavor
