Kaju/ Badam katli





Ingredients 

1 cup sugar

1/4 cup + 2 tbsp water

1 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)

2 cups finely ground blanched almond or cashew flour


Method

Grease a cookie sheet and keep aside


Add sugar & water in instant pot 

Cook on high pressure for 10 mins

Release pressure as soon as done and take pot out


Add ghee & nut flour, mix well

The mixture should release from pot sides.

If liquidy put pot back and mix on sauté mode to dry a little.


Put the mixture on the cookie sheet

Place a parchment paper on top and roll to required thickness.



Let it set for 10 mins

Slice up using pizza cutter to desired shapes.
