Breakfast Wreath



Ingredients 

Stuffing 

1 tsp oil

4 eggs

5 sweet red peppers

1 jalapeño 

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Wreath

1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

1 pack pillsbury crescent roll


Method

For the stuffing

Chop the sweet red peppers

Slice the jalapeño and remove the seeds

Chop the jalapeño in small pieces


In a bowl beat eggs 

Toss in the chopped peppers & jalapeño 

Add salt & pepper


Heat a skillet 

Add 1 tsp oil and once hot pour the eggs mixture

Cook for 5 mins on medium flame and take off the heat.

It will cook a bit more once taken off.


For the wreath

Preheat oven to 375 deg F 

Roll out the pillsbury dough on a greased baking tray 

Arrange in a circle

Put the scrambled egg mixture

Top it with cheese



Fold the dough tips over and tuck in the ends


Bake for 20 mins
