Batata Fov (Poha with Potato)


Ingredients
  • 2 cups Poha
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 big potato
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 strand curry leaves
  • 1/4 tsp tumeric
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tsp salt
Method

Wash the poha well, drain out the excess water. Mix 1/2 tsp salt and keep aside

Heat ghee, add  tumeric, mustard seeds , curry leaves & green chillies.
Once they splutter add chopped potato, peas & remaining salt.
Close cook till potatoes become soft.
Mix in the poha.
Keep closed on sim for a min

Serve garnished with coriander
