Besan Ladoo





Ingredients
  • 4 cups gram flour
  • 1 cup ghee
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp powdered cardamom
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Method
Heat a pan and dry roast the gram flour for 10 mins on medium flame. Stir continuously. 
Add in the ghee and fry the mix on a low flame.
Stir continuously till color changes to golden.

Once it is browned, let it cool.
Add powdered cardamom and sugar. Mix well.

Shape into balls, add a raisin on each and serve.

Serving
Makes about 3 dozen
