Chicken in Hot Garlic Sauce
For Marination
- 1/2 kg boneless chicken
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp chilli sauce
- salt to taste
- 1 cup whole purpose flour
For Dish
- 2 tbsp fine chopped garlic, ginger
- 1 onion
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tbsp corn flour
Method
Cut the boneless chicken pieces into 1" cubes
Mix all the ingredients for marination in a bowl and marinate the chicken pieces in the mixture for about 10-15 minutes.
Heat oil and deep fry the marinated chicken pieces till golden brown.
In a separate wok heat little oil
Add garlic, ginger & onion and fry
Once done, add water, soya sauce, chilli sauce, salt, white pepper, cornflour & let boil.
Add chicken and let cook.
