Egg Curry

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 medium sized onions
  • 2 green chillies
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 big tomato
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Salt per taste
Method

Boil eggs, peel and apply salt.
For 4 eggs, make slits on all sides. 
Slice 2 eggs into halfs. Keep aside.

Chop onions, chillies and tomatoes as fine as possible
Heat oil in a flat vessel and add onions and chillies. 
Fry till completely brown
Add ginger garlic paste, chopped tomato and 1/2 cup water and let cook till the water dries up.
Add the garam masala, 
coriander, red chilli & tumeric powder and mix all well
Add water to required consistency and heat to boil
Add the eggs and let simmer for 10 mins.
