Kanda Bhakri


Ingredients
  • 2 cups rice flour
  • 1/2 cup rawa
  • 1/2 tsp tumeric powder
  • 1 onion
  • 5 green chillies
  • Finely chopped coriander
  • 1 cup hot water
  • salt as per taste
  • oil
Method

Chop onions & green chillies into fine pieces
Mix all the ingredients except oil to a thick paste


Heat a tawa (flat girdle) and put a spoon of oil.        
Keep on high flame till the oil heats up and them reduce to medium.
Place little paste on tawa and spread with hand into a round bhakri 
Sprinkle water on the bhakri and let cook.
Cook on either side till golden spots appear on the bhakri


Serve with a pat of butter.
