FILLING


Ingredients
    • 1/2 finely chopped onion 
    • 1 finely chopped potato
    • 2 tspn ginger garlic paste
    • 4 finely chopped chillies
    • pinch of halad
    • 1 tspn coriander powder
    • 1 tspn cumin powder
    • 1 tspn red chilli powder
    • 2 tspn kitchen king masala
    • salt per taste
                    Method
                      Saute onions well
                      Add ginger garlic paste and fry 
                      Add the potatoes & salt per taste and let cook till soft.
                      Add all the masalas, mix well and keep closed for 5 mins.
                              PATTIS


                              Ingredients
                              • Pepperidge farms puff pastry sheets 
                              • Butter
                              • The prepared filling
                                Method
                                  Preheat oven to 450 deg F

                                  Remove pastry sheets from fridge.
                                  Defrost in microwave for 20 secs
                                  Put fillings into the pastry sheets, brush butter on all sides
                                  Put in baking tray and bake for 30 mins
