Chicken Tikka (Oven)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken thighs
  • 1 onion
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 potato
  • 1 tbsp tandoori masala
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp curd
  • 1 tsp oil

Method
Whip oil, curd, tandoori masala & chilli powder into a consistent mix
Make wafer thin slices of potatoes
Chop onions and capsicum in big pieces
Marinate the chicken, potatoes, capsicum & onions in the mix and keep aside for atleast 1 hour


Preheat the oven to 450 deg F
Skewer all the items and place the skewers on a baking pan as shown in the picture
Place the baking pan in the oven and let bake for 15 mins
Rotate the skewers one during the 15 mins so that all sides are done.


Set the oven to broil leave the chicken inside for 5 more mins.
