Scallion Jalapeno Cornbread (using mix)

Ingredients
1 pack of Corn bread mix
1 bundle of scallions
2 jalapenos

Method
Preheat oven to 400 deg F
Spread butter in a 8x8 inch pan well.


Create the corn bread mix as per the instructions on the pack

Chop the scallions & jalapenos into very fine pieces
Blend the chopped pieces into the mix
Spread the batter in an uniform layer in the pan


Bake for 20 mins and remove from the pan as soon as done
