Dissolve sugar in the water keep on high heat for boiling
Once dissolved add the cranberries, orange zest, cloves, cinnamon.
Once dissolved add the cranberries, orange zest, cloves, cinnamon.
Keep on medium flame till all the cranberries all burst to create a thick sauce
Watch while heating since the mixture foams & rises causing spills.
Add orange juice to the mix and stir.
Take off the flame after 2 mins and cool.
Refrigerate till ready to use.
