Raan Kabab

Ingredients

300 gms curd
2 tsp ginger paste
2 tsp garlic paste
2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 pound lamb chops
2 tsp salt


Method

Prick the mutton pieces all over.
Mix all the ingredients and marinate the mutton  for atleast 12 hours


Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated mutton.
Ensure that every piece touches the pan surface 
Cook covered on sim till the mutton softens.
Leave opened and let the marinade dry up.
