Vinegar Chicken

Ingredients
  • 1 kg chicken
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 8 finely chopped garlic
  • 5 finely chopped green chillies
  • salt to taste

Method
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces
In a vessel pour the vinegar and heat
Add garlic and chillies; fry well
Once brown, add chicken and salt
Let cook on sim flame for 5 mins Or till chicken is cooked
Increase to high flame and keep till dry
