Kale wrapped Salmon

Ingredients
1 lb salmon fillet

kale leaves
3 peppers
salt & pepper to taste
olive oil

Marinade

1/4 cup siracha sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Method
Boil water with salt
Soak the leaves in the boiling water for 20 secs
Remove and soak in ice cold water
Drain the water and dry the leaves

Slice the salmon filet into small palm size pieces
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and apply well to the salmon pieces on all sides
Wrap the salmon in the leaves and leave aside for an hour.

Preheat the oven to 350 deg F
Spread olive oil in a pan and spread the sliced peppers to create a bed
Sprinkle with salt & pepper
Place the wrapped salmon in the pan and bake for 30 mins
