Chicken in Hoisin sauce
2 pounds boneless chicken thighs
10 asparagus stems
1 large onion
4 minced garlic cloves
1 inch ginger
1/4 cup water
3 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp siracha sauce
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tbsp salt
Method
Marinate chicken in a mixture of hoisin sauce, siracha sauce & salt.
Chop onions, mince ginger & garlic.
In a pan saute onion, ginger & garlic for about 3 mins
Add the rest of the ingredients and marinated chicken.
Cook covered for about 7 mins or till chicken is cooked.
