Korean Spicy Chicken

Ingredients
2 pounds boneless chicken thighs
2 carrots
1 large onion
1/2 tomato
4 minced garlic cloves
1 inch ginger
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons siracha sauce
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1/2 tbsp salt

Method
Chop all vegetables and chicken into chunk size pieces
In a large pot over medium heat, mix all the ingredients and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, and simmer 30 minutes with lid on
Simmer for another 15 mins with the pot open
