Stuffing with Mushrooms & Celery


Ingredients

5 tbsp butter
1 big onion
4 garlic
1 jamaican pepper
1 jalapeño
7 oz celery
16 oz mushrooms
2 tbsp dijon mustard
2 cups broth
1 packet seasoned stuffing mix








Method
Mix finely chopped celery & mushrooms with Dijon mustard and keep aside

Boil the broth and keep aside for later

Chop all the onions, garlic and peppers into long slices
Heat 4 tbsp butter in a pan
Saute garlic, peppers and onions till brown
Add the mushroom, celery and mix well
Turn off the gas

Add the seasoned stuffing mix and boiling broth a little at a time and blend all the ingredients well together.

Preheat oven to 400 deg F
Spread butter in a baking tray and spread the mix into the tray
Bake covered for 30 mins
