Gobi manchurian
Ingredients
1 tbsp salt
1 lb Cauliflower
1 tbsp whole purpose flour
2 tbsp cornflour
2 cups of oil for frying
1 tsp oil
5 chopped garlic cloves
2 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 red chilli sauce
Method
Boil water and add salt to it.
Immerse the cauliflower in the water and keep it for 30 mins
Mix whole purpose flour & 1 tbsp cornflour with water to make a thick batter
Dip the cauliflower in the batter deep fry or shallow fry
Heat 1 tsp oil in a wok.
Saute garlic and add all the sauces
Once it starts smoking, add the remaining cornflour and let it simmer for few minutes.
Remove from heat and toss the cauliflower in the sauce
