Hongkong Chicken


Ingredients

For Marination
  • 1/2 kg boneless chicken
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • salt
  • white pepper
  • 1 egg
For Dish
  • handful walnuts (optional)
  • 1 onion 
  • 3 kashmiri chillies
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • sugar & salt per taste
  • 1 tsp corn flour
Method

Mix soya sauce, salt, white pepper & egg and add chicken. Leave for atleast 1 hour marination
Fry chicken pieces and few walnut pieces

In another vessel put 1 tbsp oil, add onion, chillies and fry.
Add ginger garlic paste to the mix and saute
Add in soya sauce, black pepper, sugar, salt, chicken broth and boil
Add corn flour to a tbsp water and make a paste, add to above mix
Garnish with walnuts to serve
