Pan-seared Tilapia


Ingredients
4 tilapia fillet (about 1 lb)
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp salt

oil for frying
4 garlic pods
4 green chillies


Method
Sprinkle salt and pepper on the tilapia fillets and keep aside.
Sauté finely chopped chillies and garlic in olive oil.
Spread them in a layer on the pan
Place the fillet in a single layer in the pan.
Once done about 5 mins, flip the fillets over
Remove once fish is well cooked

Served on a bed of spiced quinoa topped with fried onions & cilantro
