Sungta Dangar (Shrimp cutlets)


Ingredients
  • 1 cup prawns chopped fine
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 5 finely chopped chillies
  • 2 tspns ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspn tumeric
  • 2 tbsp gram flour
  • 1 tbsp semolina
  • chopped coriander leaves
Method

Mix all ingredients well together
Make small patties
 
Heat some oil in a pan
Dip the patties in semolina and shallow fry.
