Sungta Dangar (Shrimp cutlets)
Ingredients
- 1 cup prawns chopped fine
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 5 finely chopped chillies
- 2 tspns ginger garlic paste
- 1 tspn tumeric
- 2 tbsp gram flour
- 1 tbsp semolina
- chopped coriander leaves
Method
Mix all ingredients well together
Make small patties
Heat some oil in a pan
Dip the patties in semolina and shallow fry.
