Sungta Suke (Shrimp Saute)

Ingredients


2 cup shrimp
1/2 cup grated coconut
1 finely chopped onion
1 tspn garlic finely chopped
3 finely chopped chillies
1 medium sized potato diced into 6 pieces
1/4 tsp tumeric
1 tsp salt
4 kokum peels

Method
Put oil in vessel and heat.
Add onion, garlic & chillies and saute for a minute.
Add shrimps, potatoes and saute
Add coconut, 1/2 cup water, kokum peels, tumeric & salt to taste
Let boil and then simmer open on high heat till the water almost thickens up
