Vietnamese Shrimp Rolls

Ingredients
1 cup baby shrimp
2 garlic pods
1 onion
1 small tomato finely chopped
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
1 stick of celery chopped in thin slices
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp oil
Vietnamese roll skins

Method
Mix shrimp with soya sauce & fish sauce and leave aside.
Cut garlic into thin slices
Chop half the onion in fine pieces and julienne cut the rest.

Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic & onion
Once the color changes add tomato & shrimp and mix well
Cook on low heat till the shrimp is cooked and leave aside to cool

Take little water in a plate, dip the V roll skin and place on a board
Put layers of grated carrots, chopped cabbage, celery, julienne cut onion and the shrimp
Wrap into a roll
Serve with spring roll sauce
