Sabudana Vada
1 cup sabudana (tapioca)
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 finely chopped green chilies
1 medium size potato
1/2 cup peanuts coarsest ground
3 cups of oil
Method
Soak sabudana in water for 30 mins
Pour out the water mix with salt
Leave covered for atleast 4 hours
Boil the potato and chop into fine pieces it, mix in all the rest of ingredients.
Take a piece of parchment paper, make small balls of the mix and pat them into small patty on the paper.
Heat the oil and fry the patty on one side for 3 mins. Flip and fry for another 2 mins.
Note: to use less oil, make them in a appe pan, equally delicious and healthier
