Shevya Kheer ( Vermicelli pudding)

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 3/4 cup Vermicelli
  • 6 cups milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • dry fruits (almonds, pista)
Method

Heat ghee and saute vermicelli till color starts changing.
Add the dry fruits and saute for a minute
Keep aside.

Boil milk and add sugar.
Add vermicelli & dry fruits and cook till vermicelli is cooked.

Refrigerate to cool.
The kheer will thicken on cooling.
