Lamb with Green Peppers


Ingredients
1 lb lamb chopped into fine pieces
1 onion julienne cut
2 garlic julienne cut
1 tomato chopped fine
1 tbsp yogurt
1 capsicum cut into big square pieces
1.5 tsp kolhapuri masala
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oil

Method
Heat oil in a vessel and saute garlic & onions
Once browned add tomato, lamb and salt
Close and cook for 5 mins
Add kolhapuri masala, red chilli powder, yogurt and 1/2 cup water
Mix well and cook closed on sim for at least 15 mins or till lamb is tender
Add capsicum and cook open till water dries out

Serves: 4
