Stuffed Red Snapper

Ingredients

2 Red Snapper
4 tbsp Green Masala
1.2 tsp salt
1 finely chopped onion
Rice rawa
Thread
Oil for frying

Method
Clean the red snapper and make fillets
Mix green masala, salt & 1 tsp oil
Apply a little of the mix on all sides of the fish.
Place 1 fish fillet on a plate, put a dollop of the mix & some chopped onions and spread well
Place the other part of the fillet on top
Tie the two pieces together with the thread
Keep aside for atleast 30 mins so that the fish is well marinated

Heat a pan and spray with cooking oil
Carefully lift the fish, dip in rice rawa and place on pan
Let cook on low heat for 5 mins
Flip the fish and let cook on other side for 5 mins
Once done, remove from pan and place on paper so that the oil is absorbed.

Serve hot
