Grilled Salmon with Creamy Pesto

Ingredients
1 lb Salmon
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp olive oil

For sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp wheat flour
Knorr Pesto sauce pack

Method
Marinate salmon for 30 mins in salt, pepper & olive oil paste
Preheat oven to 450 deg F
Prepare baking tray by spraying oil
Bake Salmon for 15 mins

Heat olive oil and add the wheat flour.
Saute well till the flour is browned.
Add the Knorr Pesto sauce mix
Mix in water and let it boil.

Serve Salmon with sauce poured on top
