Aaloo Paratha

Ingredients

For filling
1 big potato
1/2 finely chopped onion 
4 tbsp finely chopped coriander
2 finely chopped chilies
1 tspn kitchen king masala 
Salt to taste 

For dough
1 cup wheat flour
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup warm water

Method

Dough
Mix all the dry ingredients together
Add water a little at a time and knead well till a soft ball of dough is ready
Cover and keep aside

Filling
Boil potato and peel
Grate the potato to prevent any lumps
Mix in the rest of the ingredients
Make small balls of the mix.

Parathas 
Make dough balls the same size as the potato mix. This ensures you get a perfect taste of dough and potato mix in each bite

Roll the dough into small circular chapatis and place the potato mix in them. 
Fold over the dough to cover the potato mix completely.


Roll into circular parathas




Heat pan and cook paratha on medium heat for 2 mins
Flip and cook for 2 more mins

Serve hot with a slice of butter

Makes 4

Notes:
Add 1/2 cup spinach leaves to the dough for a change
