Mushroom Saute in Red Wine Vinegar

Ingredients

1 lb mushroom
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1 cup red wine vinegar
1 tbsp rosemary
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp butter

Method
Slice mushrooms
Heat butter and saute mushrooms
Add all the ingredients except onions, close and simmer on low heat for 5 mins
Open and add in the onions
Cook on high heat till the vinegar dries out.
