Tomato Puff bites

Ingredients
1 puff pastry sheet
Sun dried tomato halves (oil packed)
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp grated cheese

Method
Preheat oven to 450 deg F

Thaw the pastry sheet
Cut into bite size pieces
Add a drop of oil from the sun dried tomato can on each piece
Halve each tomato piece and place it on the sheet
Sprinkle basil & salt on each
Lastly place 2 strands of cheese on each tomato

Bake for 15 mins till the pastry sheet puffs up and is lightly browned
