Fish rolls


Ingredients
2 tilapia fillet
4 garlic pods
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
1 finely chopped onion
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
2 slices of bread

Method
Toast the bread till crisp and then powder them
Mince the tilapia fillets in a food processor alongwith coriander and garlic
Mix in the onions, paprika & salt
Heat oil in a pan
Make bite size rolls using the mix
Roll them in the breakcrumbs and shallow fry till well browned
Serve with hot red sauce and mint-mayo
