Lemon Bundt Cake
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1.5 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup milk
For glaze
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar
Method
Melt the butter and mix in sugar on medium with hand mixer
Once well integrated beat in the eggs one at a time
Add in lemon juice, salt & baking powder and mix well
Mix in the flour little by little
Finally add in milk and mix on medium
Preheat oven to 325 deg C
Grease & flour the bundt pan
Pour the batter and bake for 35 mins
Remove and cool for 10 mins in pan
Make a mix of lemon juice & sugar and warm for 30 secs on microwave
Take the cake out of the pan
Make holes using a toothpick and pour the lemon-sugar glaze over the cake.
