Palak Paneer (Cottage cheese in Spinach sauce)



Ingredients
1/2  lb spinach leaves
1/2 pound cubed paneer
1 small onion
1 small tomato
1 inch ginger

1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp kitchen king masala

Method
Boil spinach leaves
Slice the onion, tomato and ginger
Heat oil in a pan and saute the onion & ginger well
Add the chopped tomato and cook.

In a blender add the boiled spinach leaves & sauteed onion-tomato
Blend to a paste
In the pan add cumin and let splutter
Pour the paste, add in paneer and bring to boil
Add kitchen king masala and let simmer for 5 mins

Garnish with some heavy cream and serve.
