Salmon Cutlets

Ingredients
12 oz salmon fillet
1 small potato boiled
1 small onion finely chopped
5 garlic pods minced
3 green chilies finely chopped
2 tbsp cilantro
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup cheese
Corn flour as required
For frying
Oil
Bread crumbs
Method
Mince the salmon and the boiled potato
Mix in rest of the ingredients except corn flour
Add in corn flour 1 tsp at a time to thicken the mixture
Make small balls, roll in bread crumbs
Pat it into oval shapes to make cutlets
Heat oil in a skillet and shallow fry the cutlets till done on both sides
