Mango Panna Cotta
Ingredients
1 cup mango juice
2 cups mango pulp
2 packs gelatin
1 cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 tbsp vanilla essence
2 cups heavy cream
Pour the mango juice in a microwave safe bowl
Mix in one pack gelatin and keep for 10 mins
Heat for a min and mix in the mango pulp
Tilt the cups using support and pour the pulp in it
Place in refrigerator and let it set for 2 hours
Pour milk in a pan, mix in a pack of gelatin and keep for 10 mins
Heat the pan on low flame and mix in sugar & salt
Once sugar melts & blends in, take off stove and mix in vanilla
Add in the heavy cream.
Mix well and pour the layer in the mango cups.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or till set
Serve chilled, decorated with mint leaves & mango pieces
