Stuffed Cream Cheese mushrooms

Ingredients

35 medium sized mushrooms

For Filling
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 sliced garlic pods
4oz cream cheese
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp cilantro

Garnishing
Tomatoes
Chopped Cilantro

Method
Wash and clean the mushrooms thoroughly

Remove the stems from each and slice them.
Sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp oil on the mushroom tops and toss well. Keep aside

Heat oil in a pan and saute the onion, garlic and mushroom stems till browned
Add them in the food processor and mix in the rest of the ingredients and blend well

Preheat oven to 400 deg F
Put the prepared mixture in each of the mushroom tops
Bake for 20 mins

Garnish with Cilantro and Tomatoes and serve hot.
