Grilled Coriander-Lime Tilapia
2lb tilapia fillets
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh coriander
6 minced garlic cloves
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 cup lime juice
1 tsp oil
Method
Apply the marinade to the tilapia fillets and keep aside for an hour.
Longer the marination, the more deeper the flavors will penetrate
Heat oven to 425 deg C
Bake the tilapia for 22 mins
Change the setting to broil & keep for another 3 mins
Serve hot with grilled vegetables and quinoa
