Instant Raggi Dosa


Ingredients 

1 cup Raggi flour
5 tbsp rice flour
1.5 tsp salt
1 tbsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp yogurt
1.5 cup water
1 small finely chopped Onion
1 inch sliced ginger
2 finely chopped chilies
1/2 cup finely chopped veggies - broccoli, spinach, carrots ( optional) 

Ghee for cooking

Method
Mix all the ingredients except ghee to make a paste. 
Add water till the consistency is the same as pakora or pancake batter.

Heat a pan and melt ghee on it
Pour a scoop full of batter and spread in circular motion. 
Flip after 2 min. 
Cook 2 more mins and remove on a plate

Serve hot with garlic coconut chutney.
