Cafreal Paste

Ingredients
1 cup coriander leaves
5 green chillies
5 garlic cloves
2 inch ginger 
5 cloves
5 pepper corns
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1 tspn tumeric
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp vinegar

Method
Blend all ingredients to make a thick paste
Put in an airtight container and refrigerate

This can be stored for a month without any issues.
