Instant Raggi Nei-Appams
1cupRaggi flour
5 tbsp rice flour
1.5 tsp salt
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1.5 cup water
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp milk
1 small finely chopped Onion
1 inch sliced ginger
2 finely chopped chilies
1/2 tsp baking soda
Ghee for cooking
Method
Mix all the ingredients to make a paste.
Heat a appe pan and put ghee in the mould.
Pour a scoopful of batter in the moulds.
Flip after 2 min and cook for 2 more mins.
Serve hot with garlic coconut chutney.
