Palak Chapati

2 cups spinach leaves
2 cups wheat flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 warm cup water
Method
Shred the spinach leaves into very fine pieces
Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
Knead to make a soft dough.
Cover and keep aside for atleast 30 mins
Make small balls and roll to make chapatis
Heat a girdle and roast the chapati on each side for a min
Place this chapati on the flame and it will puff up in secs.
Take off quickly, apply ghee on it
Serve hot with choice of vegetable.
