Soya Kheema

Ingredients

1 cup soya granules 
1/2 cup peas
1 medium sized onion
1/2 inch ginger
2 garlic pods
1 small tomato
1/2 tsp turmeric 
4 Kashmiri chilies
2 spicy red chilies
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp vinegar

Method
Soak soya granules in water for 20 mins

Chop onions & tomato into fine pieces
Mince ginger & garlic
Powder the red chilis & cumin

Heat oil in a pan
Sauté onions till brown
Add in ginger & garlic, fry for a min
Mix in turmeric & the powdered spices
Add in the tomato and cook till softened 
Add half the milk and bring to boil

Completely squeeze out the water from the soya granules.
Mix in the granules, peas, salt and remaining milk
Cook till dry.

Add in the sugar & vinegar and cook till well integrated 

Garnish with coriander.
