Thephla



Ingredients
2 cups fenugreek leaves
2 cups wheat flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp tumeric powder
1/4 cup yogurt
1/4 warm cup water
ghee for roasting

Method
Chop the fenugreek leaves into fine pieces
Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
Knead to make a soft dough.
Cover and keep aside for atleast 30 mins

Make small balls and roll to make chapatis
Heat a girdle and put a little ghee on it
Roast the chapati on one side for a min
Apply ghee on the other side and flip
Roast till completely cooked.

Serve hot with plain yogurt or raita and pickle of choice
